Jumeirah Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa, together with Dubai Naturalization & Residency Administration, are pleased to announce that the E-Gate card service is now available at Jumeirah Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa for all our guests.

The E-Gate service is a system which allows for rapid entry and exit through Dubai International Airport Passport Control and Immigration.

We have a dedicated unit of the Residency Administration situated in the Business Centre of the resort. The E-Gate card can be obtained by a guest on presentation of their passport. The whole process takes approximately 5 minutes wherein digital fingerprints and a photograph of the guest is taken.

The E-Gate card is available at a nominal charge of AED 200.
