Located in the heart of the hotel, Masala's exquisite menu of Indian dishes slow-cooked in traditional style, with the ambience of traditional Indian background music, is an enchanting complement to Jumeirah Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa.

Please be informed that beginning May until the 30th of September Masala restaurant is relocating to the Al Forsan restaurant complex.

Masala's unique style of Indian regional cooking will continue to tantalize taste buds in it's new temporary home.
